No refund voucher and no vanlid voucher for ever. I always booked with great pleasure a trip via tucan travel. Unfortunately as of covid our last booking was cancelled. My deposit became a voucher. As i live in the netherlands and there is still covid problem all over i asked for a refund after a year of the voucher my deposit of euro. Unfortunately tucan travel does not want to give this now and say i have to use the voucher behore september.

I can not book yet so i probably looser this money. A shame. The tour guides are constantly scheming on how to trick you into paying for something and then they keep the money to themselves to make some extra on the side.

When I contacted them they did say to me theyd honour new price as it was substantial. I'd explained to the company I was trying for a family post June, when my trip was booked, but they wont refund me deposit. Pretty unfair - basically lose money because all they give is a voucher or dont have a family.

Most people would be able to reschedule i get that, but when people genuinely can not that should be accepted. That money from deposit, would be very helpful in a time when money is tight and employment uncertain. They didnt care. No human thought put into it.
